首先声明一点,挖掘等于挖人,很多新学员都有这个误区。

挖掘也讲究方法。猎头招聘的对象往往都是企业的中高级人才职位,因为招聘的职位都是企业的重要职位,往往责任重大。挖掘过程中更需要应该注重方法,这可能体现在猎头人员自身的素质、说话方式、做法等方面。也就是说,工作要不断地寻找总结方法,而非盲目地高频工作,而是高效地工作。
