但是猎头招聘与一般中介，确实是存在许多不一样的。

1、首先是客户方针不一样，也是更重要的区别。猎头公司只向企业公司方收取服务费用，并不会像提名人（寻猎对象）收取费用；而中介不是，谁托付他们，就要收取托付方服务费，甚至有时分会双向收取费用，所以向个人收费的一定不是猎头而是中介。
