  一、服务费用收取方式

  猎头公司收取服务费用一般是按照入职候选人的年薪百分比来收取的,即是说候选人的年薪越高,猎头公司收取的服务费也就越多。所以很多企业客户就担心猎头公司与候选人合伙欺骗,但其实大品牌猎头公司是不会做这种自砸招牌的事情。这个问题有两种解决方式,一是候选人的薪资由候选人与企业客户见面之后商讨,给猎头公司一个薪酬范围;另外一种是商定一个固定的服务费用,不按候选人年薪百分比执行。

  猎头公司对候选人入职,一般会有对在岗的一个服务保障时间,常见为三个月,即是在这段时间内,若企业评判候选人不合适,则猎头公司有义务给客户继续免费推荐合适人才。但不少企业同时也担心三个月的时间太短,不能完全判断是否合适。这样的担忧无可厚非,但也没必要。猎头公司在推荐候选人之前都会进行严格的筛选,考察其是否有能力来胜任这份工作,入职之后三个月的试用期也有足够的时间,给企业做出是否继续录用该人选的决策。相比企业的用人风险,候选人跳槽的风险则更大,而且猎头公司推荐的候选人跳槽经历一般不会很频繁,在接受猎头公司的推荐也是很慎重的。

  企业在与猎头公司签订合同之时,便要付一部分的预付款,即定金,同时是不退还的。猎头公司经过一段时间的猎头服务,企业仍然没有找到合适的人选,就会要求猎头公司退还定金,而猎头公司则是不予以退还的。因为即使猎头公司最终没能帮企业找到合适的人才,但前期也付出了时间和精力,也是需要成本的。如果认为猎头公司是靠这些定金来发展的话,那你的大错特错了。

Buying things and finding acquaintances is a common mode of mutual benefit. Signing a long-term cooperation agreement with a headhunting company can provide relatively low service prices, while also ensuring that the headhunting company has sufficient business to carry out, and will have a better grasp of the company's employment philosophy.
